Update: The dealership was very accommodating and helped me trade my Land Cruiser in for a new one. Amanda and Dimitri in sales are great to work with! Previous post: My experience with the sales team was excellent. It was a pleasant experience. However, after I started driving my new Toyota Land Cruiser, the squeaky brakes became an issue. The brakes squeak all day, everyday. It’s at the point that I’m embarrassed to drive my brand new $70K SUV. I’m so disappointed that the dealership doesn’t try to fix this problem.

Our sales person Jeff Michael is very pleasant to work with. He is none pressuresome and very knowledgeable about the cars that we test drove. He is very attentive to the customers needs. We had a great experience!!

Update 11.12.24 Had a service appointment for oil change scheduled for 11 I was in a rush so I stopped in at 10:15 and they said no problem. Got me in and out before my scheduled appointment! Now that's service!! Honesty, Integrity, and great service! Couldn't ask for anything more in a dealership. Oh and the Hot Dogs!!
