I have bought my last 3 cars with Daytona Toyota and have always had a great experience with them. They truly go above and beyond and not just with selling you a car. I had my oil changed there recently and went to leave for work this morning and saw a puddle of oil under my car. I called them immediately and they brought me right in. They pushed my car to the front of the line and made it a priority to make sure I wasn’t late to work. It ended up being a bad O ring which they fixed and put in fresh oil. I was very impressed on how they took care of the situation in the service department and would of been satisfied with that but what really pushed them over the top was they even are sending a guy out to pressure wash my driveway to clean up the oil. I will continue to buy my cars with them and refer anyone, I know to their dealership. I want to give a shout out to Shane and the whole service department for how they took care of me today. Things happen and how they get solved makes a huge difference on your experience as a customer. Daytona Toyota crushed it today!!!

Update: The dealership was very accommodating and helped me trade my Land Cruiser in for a new one. Amanda and Dimitri in sales are great to work with! Previous post: My experience with the sales team was excellent. It was a pleasant experience. However, after I started driving my new Toyota Land Cruiser, the squeaky brakes became an issue. The brakes squeak all day, everyday. It’s at the point that I’m embarrassed to drive my brand new $70K SUV. I’m so disappointed that the dealership doesn’t try to fix this problem.

In previous years, I’ve stopped by to “look” and was not pleased with the service, however this time was completely different. From the moment we arrived, Marcus, our salesman, and Brian, the sales manager, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both were incredibly easy to work with, and I really appreciated how relaxed and pressure-free the entire experience was. They took the time to understand our situation, and we had a transparent conversation, which made everything feel straightforward. There was no hard sell, just a genuine willingness to help. It was refreshing to deal with a team that values transparency and customer satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with our purchase, and I can honestly say that my experience at Daytona Toyota has completely turned around my previous impression. Highly recommend this team! Took my camry in for a service/issue and service advisor Rad was incredibly helpful. He kept me updated, and I appreciated his kindness throughout the 2 day process. He as well as the tech, Mike, answered my every question and had me informed about the process throughout. Will only be asking for Rad as my advisor next time my Camry needs service!

I knew I wanted a newer preowned Rav 4, but had a price I needed to stick with. We had the good fortune of being assisted by Antoinette who truly listened and worked diligently to meet our needs. I had studied some options online and the perfect car had newly arrived. It was a bit over our desired price and Antoinette and the manager worked on lowering it a little to get the monthly payment we wanted. I have not purchased a car in almost ten years, so it was definitely a learning curve. Never had a Toyota and am truly impressed with their warranty and certification assurances, which Antoinette patiently explained. Manager also reviewed it with us so we understood its great value. He even offered to hunt down some floor mats for us because car was missing those. We highly recommend Daytona Kia for its excellent service and were so pleased with Antoinette’s pleasant professionalism. She was a tremendous help with our car buying experience.
