The purchase experience was great and we were in and out fairly quick. However, when I brought it back to have the protective coatings put on it, the person who drove it decided to put in 4low and turn on the crab walk feature and left it on when I picked it up. It is a personal vehicle for a customer. You should never take it for a joy ride or play with it to “see what it does”.
